Town Christmas Party

This weekend heralds (did you like that?) the beginning of the Christmas season.  Traditions, festivities, socialising and for many of us, loads to organise. 

While it’s tempting to think fondly of lavish celebrations Clunes has been involved with in the past, this year at Neighbourhood House we needed to celebrate Christmas in Clunes in a way that wouldn’t break the bank or add to the ‘busy-ness’ people were already feeling.

Instead, we have collaborated with the Clunes Farmers & Makers Market on Sunday, 8th December to provide two hours of country Christmas fun that is designed to provide a little something for everyone.

• Visit from Santa

• Face painter

If you aren’t already at the market, why not join us in Collins Place between 12noon – 2pm to let the kids have a play, do some Christmas shopping (wrapping your gifts at our wrapping station), enjoy the live music and chat with friends... because sometimes the simple moments can be the best at Christmas time.
